Kia ora e te whanau. My name is Saasha Jolley and I am the lucky classroom teacher of Room 2. I have worked with year 8 students at ANI for the past 5 and a half years and I am looking forward to building strong, positive relationships with the new year 8 cohort and their whanau. I really enjoy working with this age group as it is an extremely important time in their lives as they transition from primary education towards high school. It is important to me that I am creating lifelong learners who are confident in themselves and their own abilities, while also ensuring they maintain a balance in their wellbeing.
In my spare time, I am all about my family. I have an amazing 3-year-old son, named Kobi. He is a cheeky, adventurous and loving boy which makes me look at life from a whole new perspective. Kobi also loves to come and visit the school and has so much fun interacting with and playing with all the children. I am excited for this year and all we can achieve together.
