Renée Dale

Kia ora, my name is Renée Dale. I am the Year 7 Team Leader of Kauri Team, and I am lucky enough to be working in ILE 3/4 as the classroom teacher of Room 3. I completed my Bachelor of Education, specialising in Primary Teaching, in 2021. I am extremely passionate about teaching and learning, especially future-focused, collaborative teaching and learning. I also love being at an IB school where student agency is at the centre of it all. I’m thrilled to be working alongside Chaitali King in this space. We are committed to a strength-based approach, where we support your tamariki to thrive by combining our collective skills—together, we can achieve so much more than we could on our own! I grew up in Tāmaki-Makaurau and often spend time at Mount Maunganui, where my whānau live. In my downtime, I enjoy cooking, exercising and spending time with friends. This is my seventh year at Auckland Normal, and I absolutely love being a part of the ANI whānau. I am looking forward to a fabulous year in ILE 3/4 with an amazing team of kaiako and ākonga in Kauri Team.
