Jaime Mathews

Kia Ora,
Ko Jaime taku ingoa. I am excited to begin my teaching journey at Auckland Normal Intermediate!
I am a recent graduate from Waipapa Taumata Rau, having just completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and Māori studies. I am hoping to become a secondary school history teacher in the future, with plans to complete my postgraduate teaching diploma in 2027.
My goal is to contribute towards an inclusive and supportive learning environment. One in which all students feel valued, understood and nurtured. I look forward to meeting and learning alongside you all!
